Affiliate Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions apply to approved affiliates who promote and sell our books through an affiliate link.

1. Affiliate Participation

The affiliate program is available to approved sellers and other partners authorized to participate in the program.

By participating in the affiliate program, the affiliate agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Affiliate Commission

Affiliates receive a 50% commission (of sale price, not counting taxes or shipping) on all qualifying sales attributed to their affiliate account.

The affiliate tracking system determines which purchases are attributed to the affiliate. The commission rate applies regardless of whether the qualifying order contains a physical book, ebook, or both.

3. Affiliate Tracking

A sale is considered an affiliate sale when it is recorded as an attributed purchase through the affiliate tracking system.

Affiliates are responsible for using their assigned affiliate links or other approved tracking methods when referring customers.

We cannot guarantee attribution for purchases made without using the appropriate affiliate link or tracking method.

4. Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated based on qualifying sales recorded by the affiliate system.

Commissions may be adjusted or reversed for orders that are refunded, canceled, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise determined not to be valid sales.

5. Payment Schedule

Affiliate commissions are calculated and paid monthly. The commissions will be paid by the 15th of the following month.

Payment is made for eligible commissions that have become payable under the affiliate program’s payment procedures.

6. Promotion

Affiliates may promote our books through their websites, newsletters, social media, and other lawful marketing channels.

Affiliates must represent the books accurately and must not make false, misleading, or unsupported claims about the books or their contents.

Because the books may concern health-related subjects, affiliates must not make medical, treatment, prevention, or efficacy claims on our behalf unless those claims have been expressly authorized.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with us when required by applicable law or advertising rules.

Affiliates must not represent themselves as the publisher, author, or an official spokesperson unless expressly authorized to do so.

8. Use of Promotional Materials

We may provide affiliates with approved book descriptions, cover images, logos, or other promotional materials.

Affiliates may use these materials solely to promote the books through the affiliate program and may not materially alter them or use them in a misleading manner.

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owners.

9. Ebook Sales

Ebook purchases referred through an affiliate link are completed through our authorized sales and delivery system.

The affiliate is responsible for referring the customer but is not responsible for processing, delivering, or providing technical access to the ebook unless separately agreed.

10. Physical Book Sales

Participation in the affiliate program replaces existing drop shippment agreement covering physical books.

11. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity;
  
• generate artificial or fraudulent referrals;
  
• use spam or unsolicited communications to promote affiliate links;
  
• make misleading claims about the books;
  
• misrepresent their relationship with us;
  
• copy, distribute, or provide unauthorized access to ebook files; or
  
• use affiliate links in a manner that violates applicable law or the terms of the affiliate platform.
  

12. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Invalid Transactions

No commission is owed on a transaction that is canceled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.

If a commission has already been paid on such a transaction, the amount may be deducted from future commissions or otherwise recovered.

13. Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify the affiliate program, including its commission structure, payment procedures, or other terms, upon reasonable notice.

Changes will not affect commissions that have already been earned before the effective date of the change, except where adjustment is required because of a refund, chargeback, fraud, or other invalid transaction.

14. Termination

Either party may end the affiliate relationship.

Upon termination, affiliates remain entitled to eligible commissions earned before the effective termination date, subject to refunds, chargebacks, and the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

We may terminate an affiliate’s participation immediately in cases of fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, unauthorized distribution of ebook content, or other material violations of these Terms.

15. Acceptance

Participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of these Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
